Christopher Wellington Green
Arlington Heights, IL

I have spent the last 8 years as a professional design engineer and consultant in the highly regulated medical device industry. Over the same period I trained myself in photography and filmmaking, producing dozens of short and commercial films of varying genre and complexity. From script writing, directing, and acting to designing, shooting, and editing, I’ve dedicated myself to finding or creating opportunities to gain the cross-functional experience needed to turn my passion into a new career.

Recently I relocated from south-central Indiana to north-west Chicago to pursue freelance work in TV and film production. While my focus has been on directing, editing and cinematography, I also have experience in Camera and G&E departments both as a department-head and as crew. However, after almost a decade in an office job I am eager to simply be working on set full-time in any capacity, to put my skills and professionalism to use for others.

Below is a reel highlighting some of the recent projects I have directed, shot, or produced.
